Withdraw from a Tidecut subscription

This procedure is intended for consumers who entered into a Tidecut subscription online. The withdrawal period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract.

If you requested immediate access, you retain your right to withdraw, but a proportionate amount may remain payable for the service supplied before your notice.
